Pastor kevin Mincey
Pastor Kevin Mincey is currently the Senior Pastor at Winchester Grace. He attended Grace College and is a graduate of Washington Bible College. He grew up in the inner city of Washington DC. He has a strong heart for evangelism and outreach.
Minister Terrell Sullivan (Tru Soldier)
Minister Sullivan has served in ministry & missions for over 20 years in the U.S and overseas. He enjoys traveling, hiking, studying the Bible, learning about other cultures, cooking and creative arts.
ELDER JERRY SWAIN
Jerry has served in several capacities with Winchester Grace and is the lead of our financial team and Men’s Ministry. Jerry sensed his call into ministry several years ago and under the mentorship of Pastor Kevin, has completed a Pastoral Elder training program and serves as a minister in the church.
