Pastor Kevin and Christina Mincey
Pastor Kevin Mincey is a native of Washington D.C. and is the Lead Pastor of Winchester Grace, where he has served since 2012. He is passionate about preaching and teaching the Word of God and seeing the church become all Jesus calls her to be. He enjoys seeing people find life and hope in Jesus Christ! Pastor Kevin is a graduate of Grace College and Washington Bible College and Theological Seminary. Pastor Kevin’s proudest titles are that of husband and father. He claims he is married to his best friend Christina the most beautiful woman God has ever graced the earth with. Christina leads the Women’s Ministry of Winchester Grace and is the Director of the church’s school, Grace Academy. Pastor Kevin and Christina were married on March 4, 2018. They have three daughters, Kenzie Noelle Mincey, Kylah Kenitha Mincey, and Kameron Mincey. One son Kristion Hite. (PK) as Pastor Kevin is affectionately called and Christina both love the work of ministry and the people of God.

Minister Terrel & Tunya Sullivan
My name is Terrell Sullivan also known as Tru Soldier. Tunya and I were married February 18, 2022. I'm one of the Minister's on staff here at Winchester Grace Church. I've served in ministry & missions for over 25 years in the U.S and overseas. We both enjoy learning about other cultures. I also enjoy traveling, hiking, studying the Bible, cooking, and creative arts. Tunya works with both the Children and Youth Ministries, she enjoys fine cuisine, reading, traveling and long walks on the beach. We are so excited to be here and looking forward to learning more about you all. Let's serve and grow together, for God's glory!

Elder John and Cheryl Butcher
Cheryl and I were married on December 19, 1981. We have four children and seven grandchildren! We have been a member of the fellowship since marriage and I was born into the fellowship. I have worked in my family business for over 45 years and now own and operate it. I enjoy racing, renovating, family vacations, and helping others and am a member of the Gideons International. Cheryl enjoys traveling, races, doing things with the grandchildren and helping with lunches at Grace Academy.

Elder Thomas (Sonny) Payton
I am 81 years young! I have 2 sons, Thomas & Nicky. 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. I worked at Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. for 35 years. I believe God gave me a gift of service and Winchester Grace has given me the opportunity to serve on the Trustee Board, Usher Board, and Elder Board. I like working outside and can do that maintaining the church grounds. I have grown through being a part of the Prayer Partners Ministry which meets each week on Thursdays to pray for our pastor, congregation, nation and any special prayer request or needs. One of my favorite scriptures is John 3:16. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

Elder Phil & Linda Lucas
We have been married for 55 years, and we have a daughter, son-in-law and a grandson. They live in Leesburg, VA and, in 2012, we moved to the Winchester area to be near them. While looking for a home here, God led us to Winchester Grace Church and to Pastor Kevin Mincey. What a Blessing Pastor Kevin has been to us and our family! In the 12 years that we have attended Winchester Grace Church, we have been involved in many ministries. God has Blessed us, and we give Him the praise for leading us these many years!

Elder John Dempsey
I married the love of my life Ramona in November 1976. We were married almost 42 years until she went home to be with the Lord the end of June 2018. We have one daughter Amanda who was born March 17, 1980. I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior in a large part due to my wife Ramona in 1977. My work history is very simple, I started my only full-time job at 17 with Walgreens and retired 42 years later, September 1, 2001, at age 59. We lived in Arizona for 40 years in Tucson and Tempe! Our daughter accepted a job in Alexandria, VA, so we moved to Winchester where the Lord led us to this wonderful church. I praise God for Pastor Kevin Mincey and the entire church always!
